Ideas in Action

The work on this page represents a selection of work in progress, work currently in the studio, and work that is available to view. My investigations range across multiple areas of interest and across media and disciplines. There are elements of geology and material process, color experimentation, historical research, and topographical references layered in the work.  I work with the knowledge that things change through time, and I feel it is important for me to allow that flux and precarity to be present in my work. I frequently use and reuse objects I have made in new configurations; this approach of stacking and re-stacking, configuring and reconfiguring  lets my work breathe with time.
